There are three ways into this union: the office's email address, the financial secretary of your cluster, and the meeting every cluster holds on Saturday at 5:00pm. Each one is better for a different kind of question, so it is worth a minute to pick the right one.
Three ways to reach the union
Money questions about your own record are answered fastest by the person who wrote the record. Everything else goes to the office.
Route one
Email the office
requizacooperative@gmail.com is the union's address. It is read by the office, and it is the address every reply comes from.
Best for: registering, asking what the terms mean, starting a cluster, share and project questions, a complaint, and anything you want on record in writing.
The union has no other email address. A message from any other address that says it is the union is not the union — forward it to the office instead of answering it.
Route two
Your cluster's financial secretary
Every cluster has a financial secretary. They enter each member's week — savings, loans, loan repayment and investment — into the union's record, and they are the first person to ask about anything in your own account.
Best for: an entry that is missing or wrong, changing the amount you save each Saturday, asking about a loan, and anything on your back office that does not look right.
If you do not know who your financial secretary is yet, ask at the Saturday meeting or write to the office and it will tell you.
Route three
The Saturday meeting
Every Saturday, 5:00pm
The meeting is where the union actually happens: entries are taken, the record is read out, and members ask their questions in front of everybody else.
Best for: joining, making your first savings entry, meeting the members you will be saving alongside, and any question you would rather put to a person than to an inbox.
Send the office a message
Write in whichever language you are comfortable in. Say what you want done, not only what happened — it saves a round of letters. If your question is about money that is already in your record, give the Saturday it relates to.
This form is not connected to the office yet
The website went live before the office's message system did. If you press Send message, nothing leaves your phone and nobody receives it. Until that is fixed, send the same message by email to requizacooperative@gmail.com. We would rather tell you this plainly than let a message disappear.

Before you send money anywhere — to this union or to anybody else — you are entitled to know who you are dealing with. This is what Requiza Cooperative Union has published so far, and what it has not.
Where a line reads “to be published”, the union has not published it yet. That is an honest gap, not a secret: ask the office for it, and hold us to the answer you get. Nothing on this site should be taken as a substitute for the operational terms.
